Meet Rebekah

Rebekah is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and has been counseling individuals, couples, and families for the past 23 years. She received her graduate degree in social work from the University of Tennessee and became licensed in 2002. She has always been drawn to hearing people’s stories and intrigued by ways to encourage people through relationships. She finds it to be a humble privilege to support people in the midst of their challenging seasons. Most recently, Rebekah was on staff at Fellowship Church for thirteen years as a pastor and clinical director of the Biblical Life Counseling Center, overseeing women’s counseling, marriage counseling, and biblical integration training. She enjoys training and supervising counselors, writing and teaching about relationships, and building and nurturing teams.

For the first six years of her career, Rebekah provided clinical mental health services in acute inpatient and outpatient settings. Through this work, she recognized a need for helping individuals understand themselves and heal at a deeper level. This inspired her to take graduate courses in biblical counseling which developed her passion for integrating Christian faith into practice.

She worked in private practice for two years, but continued to be drawn to biblical counseling and equipping family systems within the church. She directed a ministry called Moms N More for eight years. This was an impactful season for her as she loved encouraging moms and equipping young families with the parenting and marriage resources they needed to foster a healthy family environment.

In her free time, she loves spending time with her husband and three children, taking care of their little farm, relaxed mornings on the front porch, and connecting with friends.
